Baljinder Gill is Masters in Economics and trained in International Business, administrative law and dispute resolution. He has served as an adjudicator on provincial and federal tribunals for over 6 years. He has over 25 years of experience in public and private sectors. He was honoured with a gold medal from the Ontario Human Rights and Race Relations Center. Has served on many volunteer councils and committees.

He is an active member of the Law Society of Ontario and a Notary Public. Graduated from Humber College, Toronto, with honors in Immigration Consultant Program.

Morten Siersbaek is a Sole Practitioner - focusing on environmental law and policy. He is the Contract counsel for the Canadian Environmental Law Association, working on environmental issues, including drinking water, freshwater protection, nuclear safety and Radon. He is also Consultant to the Ministry of the Environment, Greenland, focusing on environmental law and policy. He has extensive experience in drafting legislation and ensuring the implementation of international treaties. He has worked as a Government representative at UN and EU level, Legal consultant and project manager at the Danish Ministry of the Environment.
